The Wildcats traveled to Crosfield this weekend for a tough away fixture. While it took a little time for the team to find their rhythm in the opening minutes—allowing the opposition to steal an early lead—the Wildcats refused to back down and fought their way right back into the contest.

Once the Wildcats woke up, they put on a fantastic display of rugby. Every single player stepped up, delivering powerful, strong runs that constantly asked questions of the Crosfield defense. The team’s determination in attack really shone through as they cleverly moved the ball through hands, unlocking the opposition to firmly plant some well-deserved points on the board.

Defensively, it was a physical shift. All players stepped up to deliver some massive, textbook tackles throughout the game. While a slightly slow reload on the defensive line gave Crosfield some vital meters at times, the team’s work ethic never wavered.

A special mention goes to Theo D, who stepped up as the true voice of the pitch today. He showed fantastic leadership, constantly organizing the squad, shouting instructions to get the team set in the defensive line, and ensuring they spread out to cover the field.
